   Highlights: El Capitan and Helix tie for the Unofficial Grossmont Conference Championship), both teams have only one loss in conference play (however, El Capitan beat Helix and so win the tie breaker). El Capitan finished the season at 8-2 and the Grossmont North League Co-Championship.
Helix 39,  Monte Vista 6
   Highlights: Helix finished 9-1; undefeated Grossmont South League champions. Katrina Wilborn scored a TD for Helix (she previously scored a TD during the 2003 Helix vs. Saints freshman game).
Valhalla 22,  Granite Hills 7
   Highlights: (Valhalla)  DJ. Ehrsham 45 yard TD run; Spencer Myers 27 FG; 20 yard Myers TD run sprung by Kyle Olsen block and set up by Michael Touma 12 yard run; Garrett Giles 14 yard TD pass from Jonathan Fortuna; Center Yin Smith outstanding blocks; Defense led by James Richardson, Antony Warring, Jonathan Lovelass, and freshman Brandon Witherow.    The Matador Defense held the Cougars to one first down on the night. David Chapman (12-114yds) lead the offense. Paul Hamm and Brandon Kaimuloa scored their first TDs of the season. The Freshman recorded their second ever winning season and finish in second place with three league wins, their best finish ever.

   (Steele Canyon): 275 yards rushing. Linebacker Ryan Pearl (7 decleats); Tony Minnefield (blocked punt, which he returned for a TD â¤" he also had a crucial catch on a fake punt on the game-winning drive); Justin Woods (15 tackles); Jose Lopez (16 tackles, 6 for loss); Joey Guillery (172 yards rushing, TD).

   Highlights (Mount Miguel): In the battle for the Spring Valley City Championship, the Matadors prevailed for the first time in five years. Trailing 10-7 in the 4th quarter, the OL sprung Judge Evans (16-134-1TD) for a 30-yard score to take the lead. After a four and out by the defense, David Chapman (12-80-2TD) scored his second TD of the game.

   Highlights: (G) After San Pasqual tied the game early in the the 3rd quarter, Alton Berry returned the ensuing kickoff 94 yards to reclaim the lead, then Berry added a 2-yard TD run following a Rashad Jones fumble recovery.

   Highlights: (V) Grayson Mays (30 yd fumble recovery, TD); Peter Oshana (30 yd TD pass from Jon Fortuna; Spencer Myers and Zach Cordell-Robbins each had 2-point conversions. James Richardson, Evan Brunye and Adan Porfirio all had drive-breaking sacks. Dan Alexander dominated line play on both sides of the ball.

Highlights: Tila Case had over 300 yards of all-purpose running with 3 TD's including 150 yards on kick returns. Jake Steuerman was 11-15 for 245 yards
and 2 tds.
Westview 14, Mount Miguel 6
Highlights: Despite outgaining Westview on the ground (155 yds to 79), the Matadors dropped a home game. Judge Evans led the rushing attack with 17 carries for 96 yards. David Chapman scored on a 25 yard run and Rico Smith was 4-9 for 50 yards. Westview was held to just 15 yards of
total offense in the first half but led 7-0 on a fumbled pitch that was scooped up and run in by a defender.
