Frantic finish lifts Wolf Pack to win over Knights

SANTEE (2-14-16) — After struggling through three periods when the Wolf Pack trailed the Bishop Knights 32-17, West Hills turned up the heat in the final period, tallying 29 points to behead the Knights 29-9 and claim the non-league victory 46-41 Saturday night (Feb. 13) in East County.
Hard-nosed BRYCE PARSONS paced the Pack with 16 points, 7 rebounds and 3 steals.
CAMERON BARRY made the most of his 17 minutes, delivering 11 points, a trio of 3s, 3 rebounds, 3 assists and a steal.
West Hills chugged out of the gate and was sluggish, scoring only 13 points in the first half, but the Wolf Pack defense was solid, limiting the Knights (7-16) to only 17 first half points.
The Pack (19-5) will close the regular season at Grossmont Hills Leage rivals Grossmont on Tuesday (Feb. 16) and on Friday (Feb. 19) at Helix.
