2015 EAST COUNTY PREP BASEBALL

LA MESA (7-15-15) — Helix High’s LEE MUTTER, a pitcher-infielder, has been selected to the 3rd Team All-State by Cal-Hi Sports.
Mutter was the East County Player of the Year and a second team All-CIF pick. The corner infielder batted .417 and tied for the East County lead with 7 home runs while logging 31 RBI. He also pitched 35 2/3 innings with a 3-2 record.
Duncan – no donut
El Capitan’s junior pitcher-shortstop TRISTAN DUNCAN, who has committed to the University of Oregon, was a member of the 17U team CBA Marucci, which won the 2015 WWBA Perfect Game National Championship.
