CITY-WESTERN LEAGUE
#1 CATHEDRAL CATHOLIC 6, PATRICK HENRY 0
The Dons used the dominance of Megan Faraimo in the circle to procure the victory as she limited the Patriots to only two hits on the day.
Patrick Henry on the day would only get two hits on the day late in the contest as Savanah Chapman singled to lead off the seventh and Jessica Dewitt followed with another single to advance Chapman to third. However, Faraimo retired the next three batters to end the game.
The Dons behind Abby Tanuma going 3 for 4 with a solo home run and driving in three-run and also Marisa Estrada and her 2-for-3 afternoon topped with a double and a run would push across six runs to give Faraimo enough to get the win.
