SANTANA 67, PACIFIC RIDGE 54 – The Santana Sultans won in double overtime at the Santana New Year’s Classic on Tuesday.
It was just the second win of the season for Santana but had to be considered an upset of the Firebird.
Pacific Ridge fell to 9-5.
Santana will face Central Union on Wednesday at the tournament at 7:30 p.m.
VALHALLA 76, VICTORY CHRISTIAN ACADEMY 37 – The Norsemen improved 4-8 with the win at the Santana New Year’s Classic on Tuesday.
Valhalla will face Adelanto High on Thursday at 3 p.m. in the Santana tourney.
Victory Christian fell to 3-10 overall.
CENTRAL vs. MOUNT MIGUEL – No result reported in the contest from the Santana New Year’s Classic.
The Matadors were scheduled to Pacific Ridge on Wednesday at 6 p.m.
