Division 3 Championship
Valhalla won its first CIF boys lacrosse title with a 6-5 victory over Clairemont. Ben Aldridge recorded two goals and two assists, while Gabe Kalasho made 12 saves. Valhalla built a 6-1 lead early in the second half before Clairemont scored four straight goals to cut the deficit to one. The Norsemen finished 14-7.

Division 2 Championship
Patrick Henry defeated Westview 9-7 to win the CIF Division 2 title. The Patriots outscored Westview 6-2 in the second half after trailing by two goals at halftime. Stone Timmons scored twice, including the first and final goals for Patrick Henry. Mac Schott scored the go-ahead goal in the fourth quarter and added another 49 seconds later. Jake Heimann scored twice in the second half, and Frank Rote scored once in each half. Zachary Koo played the second half in goal. Patrick Henry finished 13-6.

Division 1 Championship
Granite Hills lost 11-6 to Santa Fe Christian in the Division 1 final. Cayden Phillips scored three goals for Granite Hills, and Tristan Diaz added two goals during a penalty sequence in the first half. Granite Hills finished the season 17-4 after reaching the championship game as the defending Division 1 champion.
