CHULA VISTA (2-2-17) — The visiting Grossmont College Women’s Basketball team defeated the Southwestern College Jaguars 84-64 on Wednesday (Feb. 1).
The leading scorer for the Griffins was KYRA BRUESEWITZ with 22 points.
Former Mount Miguel star COURTNEY BRANCH pitched in 18 points and BRITTANY GAFARE added 14.
Grossmont is now 7-13 and 4-0 in PCAC South action, two games ahead of its three closest contenders.
