SANTEE – The Santana Sultans were defeated by the visiting Ramona Bulldogs, 51-30, on Wednesday evening in a Tip-Off Classic game.
Aaliyah Stone and seven points, 11
Isis Taylor added seven points and five rebounds for the Sultans.
The Bulldogs got off to a very strong start, leading 15-4 after one quarter.
But the Sultans were most impressive in the second and third quarters.
Santana outscored Ramona, 19-18, over the middle two frames.
Santana fell to 0-8 overall.
