WEST HILLS 58, SOUTHWEST (EC) 26 – The West Hills Wolf Pack won over the Eagles in tourney action at the Armstrong Tournament.
Max Conaway scored 15 points, all coming in the first three periods for the Wolf Pack. Maybe he got the fourth quarter off because the Wolf Pack was comfortably head, and plus, it was his birthday.
Luke Gibson scored all of his 10 points, meanwhile, in the second half.
Seid Salem knocked down three three-pointers in the contest, with two of them coming in the third quarter.
West Hills improved to 4-1 and will meet Brawley (1-1) on Saturday at the Armstrong Tournament.
VALHALLA 75, EL CAJON VALLEY 42 – The Norsemen got 26 points each from seniors Calvert Esho and Josue Amaya.
Esho also grabbed seven boards, while Amaya handed out eight assists.
MOUNT MIGUEL 60, CANYON HILLS 29 – The Matadors picked up their first win of the season by knocking off the winless Rattlers.
