Foothillers clean up on Hoover, move to 4-0

SAN DIEGO (12-10-16) — The Foothillers traveled to Hoover on Friday night (Dec. 9) and slaughtered the host Cardinals 62-8 in a Mustang Tournament game.

Everyone’s involved in scoring at Grossmont, we just don’t have one player that scores the majority or bulk of the points, everyone contributes,” said Foothillers coach GRACE CAMPBELL. “This is going to be a competitive year and we are using these games to prepare for the tough games down the line.”
Next up for Grossmont is another Mustang Tournament game on Tuesday (Dec. 13) when the Foothillers travel to San Ysidro for a 7 p.m. game.
