District 33

MISSION TRAILS 5, LAKE MURRAY 1 – Mission Trails won the district championship game.


Monday, July 3

District 41

CAJON DE ORO 16, RANCHO SAN DIEGO 1 – Cajon de Oro culminated their march from the loser’s bracket to prove to be the hottest team at the finish, crushing RSD in the District 41 championship game.

HUNTER CALL (2-for-4, three RBI) drove in two runs in the first inning as CDO took a 3-0 lead.

TAYLOR KARELA blasted a solo home run for The Dawgs to keep them in the game in the second inning.

Later, XAVIER FARNHAM clubbed a two-run home run to left field for CDO.

Cajon de Oro advances to the Section 7 Tournament at Spring Valley Little League. CDO will face SVLL in an opening game on Saturday.

CDO and SVLL are joined at the section tourney by powerful Eastlake frequent visitor Brawley.

District 66

MISSION TRAILS 10, LAKE MURRAY 7 – Mission Trails forced a final championship game with the win. The game will be played on Wednesday.

JACOB CONNOLLY and JUSTIN STEARNS both mashed two-run home runs in a five-run fifth, as Mission Trails rallied to stay alive.

Stearns went 3-for-4 with three RBI for MTLL.

Lake Murray’s MASON DIRKES hit a two-run double to drive in GAVIN GARCIA and BRANDON CASE to erase an early 1-0 deficit.

TRAVIS POLLACK then crushed another two-run two-bagger, scoring BRADEN BENNETT and Dirkes, as LMLL would eventually go up 6-3.




Sunday, July 2

District 41

CAJON DE ORO 3, RANCHO SAN DIEGO 1 – Cajon de Oro got the performance it needed at precisely the right time to force a final championship game on Sunday at Fletcher Hills Little League.

TATE CLAPHAM struck out seven in a complete game effort.

RSD’s CODY BIGLEE hit a solo home run in the first inning for the lead.

JACK WORLEY knocked in CHARLIE LEDFORD for the go-ahead run in the fifth inning for CDO.

District 33

MISSION TRAILS 8, ROLANDO 7 – MTLL outlasted Rolando in an elimination final thriller.



Saturday, July 1

District 66

SPRING VALLEY 15, TWIN HILLS 3 – Spring Valley captured the District 66 championship with the win over Twin Hills. SVLL will host the District 7 Tournament starting on Saturday.

SVLL won the banner for the first time in five years.

District 41

CAJON DE ORO 8, LAKESIDE AMERICAN 7 – Red-hot CDO cut down the deep run of Lakeside American.

District 33

LAKE MURRAY 3, MISSION TRAILS 0 – LMLL continued its terrific run with the shutout win.

ROLANDO 16, LA MESA NATIONAL 3 – Rolando eliminated LMN.

LA MESA NATIONAL 19, SAN CARLOS 14 – LMN outlasted San Carlos in an elimination contest.

ROLANDO 12, TIERRASANTA 1 – Rolando kept its championship hopes alive by elimination Tierrasanta.

District 66

TWIN HILLS 10, VALLEY DE ORO 4 – Twin Hills advanced in the elimination final

CAJON DE ORO 14, SANTANA NATIONAL 1 – CDO moved into the loser’s bracket final.

SINGING HILLS 9, FLETCHER HILLS 7 – At West Hills LL, JACOB BARNES had a RBI double, scoring JUSTIN HEPLER and JAKE JACKSON to give SHLL a 6-3 lead in the second and they went on to elimination FHLL.

RYAN GARVIN had two hits for SHL, including a two-run double in the fourth, scoring NOAH HOUGH and MATT PRIEST.

Priest hit a two-run home run.

District 33

LAKE MURRAY 12, SAN CARLOS 2 – Lake Murray kept its magical run going straight into the winner’s bracket final.

District 66

SPRING VALLEY 10, TWIN HILLS 3 – SVLL advances to the D66 championship as the winner’s bracket finalist.

SVLL’s DAVID KELLER homered in the top of the fifth for a two-run shot, driving in EDDIE DELGADO.

District 41

RANCHO SAN DIEGO 18, SINGING HILLS 11 – RSD advanced to the winner’s bracket final.

LAKESIDE AMERICAN 5, CAJON DE ORO 3 – Lakeside American moved into the winner’s bracket final.

District 33

MISSION TRAILS 8, ROLANDO 1 – Mission Trails earned a spot in the winner’s bracket final.

District 66

VALLEY DO ORO 14, ENCANTO 8 – VDO remained alive to face Twin Hills on Friday night.


Tuesday, June 27

District 41

FLETCHER HILLS 14, WEST HILLS 7 – JAKE JACKSON hit two home runs and a double as part of a 4-for-4 night as FHLL won and remained alive in the tournament, eliminating WHLL.

IAN CORBETT hit a three-run for Fletcher Hills in the first inning to give FHLL a 3-2 lead in the game played at West Hills LL.

SANTANA NATIONAL 16, ALPINE 11 – Santana National eliminated Alpine in a wild contest at Fletcher Hills LL.

District 33

LA MESA NATIONAL 3, SUNSHINE 0 – LMN remained alive with the shutout win in a game played at Serra Mesa LL.

TIERRASANTA 8, SERRA MESA 7 – Tierrasanta LL stayed alive with the win over SMLL at Murphy Canyon Little League field.


Monday, June 26

District 41

CAJON DE ORO 19, WEST HILLS 2 – Cajon de Oro advances to Wednesday’s winner’s bracket semifinal with the win in a game played at Fletcher Hills LL.

LAKESIDE AMERICAN 17, FLETCHER HILLS 3 – LALL will face CDO after winning the game played at West Hills LL.

District 66

SPRING VALLEY 22, VALLEY DE ORO 2 – SVLL rolled in the first game of the double-elimination portion of the D66 tourney in a game played at Lemon Grove Little League.

Spring Valley will face Twin Hills on Thursday at 5 p.m. at LGLL in the winner’s bracket final, while VDO faces Encanto in an elimination game on Wed. night at 5 p.m. at LGLL.

District 33

LA MESA NATIONAL 14, MID CITY 2 – LMN won its first game of the double-elimination portion after falling to the loser’s bracket.

WESLEY EPPS hit a home run for La Mesa National, while MICAH SWAN added a RBI single for LMN.


Sunday, June 25

District 41

RANCHO SAN DIEGO 12, SANTANA NATIONAL 4 – Rancho San Diego advances to Wednesday’s winner’s bracket semifinal.

SINGING HILLS 17, ALPINE 4 – Singing Hills will face Rancho San Diego in Wednesday’s game.

FLETCHER HILLS 10, LAKESIDE NATIONAL 5 – FHLL opened up the double-elimination portion of the D41 tournament with the win in a game played at Santana National.

SANTANA NATIONAL 15, ALPINE 5 – SNLL opened the double-elimination part of the tourney with a win at the Rancho San Diego LL field.

District 33

MISSION TRAILS 11, LA MESA NATIONAL 0 – Mission Trails’ JAKE MCCONNOLY hit a solo home run, then finished off a five-inning one-hitter, striking out 11.

LAKE MURRAY 10, SERRA MESA 0 – Lake Murray Little League advanced to Thursday’s winner’s bracket semifinal with the win.

ROLANDO 4, SUNSHINE 2 – Rolando Little League moved on to Thursday’s winner’s bracket semifinal, where it will face Mission Trails at Murphy Canyon LL at 7 p.m.

SAN CARLOS 13, TIERRASANTA 6 – SCLL sent Tierrasanta to the loser’s bracket and will face LMLL in a winner’s bracket semifinal at 5:30 at Serra Mesa Little League field.

District 66

SPRING VALLEY 19, LAS PALMAS 1 – SVLL finished 3-0 in Pool A.

TWIN HILLS 9, LEMON GROVE 8 – Host Lemon Grove finished 1-2 in Pool A.


Friday, June 23 

District 41

SINGING HILLS 8, WEST HILLS 7 – Singing Hills’ MATTHEW PREIST hit a three-run home run in the fourth inning for the decisive runs, giving SHLL the victory in the Pool B finale at West Hills.

FLETCHER HILLS 15, EL CAJON WESTERN 2  – FHLL won the Pool A finale.

SANTANA NATIONAL 10, SANTEE PIONEER 0 – Santana National won at Santee Pioneer in the Pool D finale.

District 33

TIERRASANTA 8, MID CITY 5 – Tierrasanta won the D33 opener at Murphy Canyon LL. Tierrasanta faces San Carlos Saturday night at MCLL.

ROLANDO 33, MURPHY CANYON 0 – Rolando put the D33 field on notice by racking up 33 runs.


Thursday, June 22

District 41

CAJON DE ORO 11 EL CAJON NATIONAL 0 – In Pool C, HUNTER PAUL went 3-for-4, including a run-scoring triple to open the scoring . LEYTON WORSHAM delivered five shutout innings, allowing two hits with nine strikeouts.

LAKESIDE NATIONAL 7, RANCHO SAN DIEGO 6 – LNLL won against the Dawgs in a Pool A game.


Wednesday, June 21

District 66

VALLEY DE ORO 25, SOUTH EASTERN 6 (5 innings) – At LGLL, VDO’s AUSTIN BRADLEY two-run home run to right center. ANDREW ATKINSON followed with a solo shot. Atkinson also doubled and tripled. VDO is now 1-1.



Tuesday, June 20

District 66

SPRING VALLEY 20, LEMON GROVE 2 – SV RUBEN GOMEZ hit two-run home run to center, while GABRIEL MORALES also hit two-run home run. VAL NAVARRO added a solo HR for SVLL. SVLL is 2-0.

District 41

LAKESIDE NATIONAL 14, EL CAJON WESTERN 0 – In Pool A at Fletcher Hills, LNLL got a shutout win.

LAKESIDE AMERICAN 8, SANTANA NATIONAL 2 – LALL’s ZACH JORALEMON hit and infield single, scoring DYLAN CURO in the sixth inning for an insurance run, as LALL advanced with the win.

In the bottom of the fourth, HUNTER MUELLER his a home run to center for SNLL.

SINGING HILLS 12, RIOS CANYON 2 – SHLL wins the Pool B contest.






Saturday, June 17

District 41

WEST HILLS 13, RIOS CANYON 0 – Host West Hills opens Pool B play in perfect fashion, as TRENT FITZGERALD hit a home run, while CAMERON TARLING pitched a five-inning perfect game, striking out nine.



FLETCHER HILLS 18, LAKESIDE AMERICAN 10 – Pool A game at Fletcher Hills, FHLL improved to 1-1.

District 66

LEMON GROVE 28, LAS PALMAS 2 – LGLL opened the tournament with a win at home in Pool A.

SPRING VALLEY 6, TWIN HILLS 2 – Spring Valley won the afternoon game at LGLL in a Pool A game.

VAL NAVARRO had an infield single to score MICHAEL CERVANTES, then EDDIE DELGADO scampered home on the same play for a 2-0 lead.

MAX RUIZ hit a solo home run for SVLL.

ENCANTO 9, VALLEY DE ORO 8 – Encanto topped VDO in the Pool B opener at LGLL.


Friday, June 16

District 41

LAKESIDE AMERICAN 17 SANTEE PIONEER 0 – LALL opened up Pool D play in District 41 with the win.

ZACH JORALEMON hit a home run for LALL for a three-run shot. DYLAN CURO pitched four innings, allowing two hits.


Wednesday, June 14

District 41

RANCHO SAN DIEGO 5, FLETCHER HILLS 4 – RSD won the District 41 Pool A opening game at host Fletcher Hills.

The Dawgs’ CODY BIGLEE had two hits, including a two-run single which scored JASON SAMAS AND TAYLOR PIRELA in the third inning.

RAY MARRERO struck out the final batter of the game for RSD.

ETHAN CORBETT homered for Fletcher Hills.
