The 2-2 Lady Vaqueros jumped out to a 13-2 lead through the 1st quarter, and following a technical foul against OLP in the 2nd quarter, the Lady Vaqueros held on to the lead 18-6 at the half.

Freshman MACKENZIE CURTIS, daughter of the head coach, had 9 points in the first half.

The Pilots did, however, hit a few three-point beauties to make it close and trail 25-17in the 3rd quarter.

best player.

“JORDAN GRANDY was looking for steals, while STEPHANIE ADAMS did a fantastic job cleaning up the boards,
and DEVON BULLOCK ran our offense.”

“It is a very young team that is continuing to learn as we go, and our confidence is growing as we are working on getting better everyday, together,” Curtis said.
